The Camelback Standard.

Seven commitments, in writing, on every home. Not marketing language: line items in your contract.

Pavers, pools, plants, floors, fixtures and art covered and masked before a can opens.

  4. 04

Clean at the end of every day

Drop cloths folded, debris hauled, rooms usable. You come home to a house, not a job site.

  5. 05

    HOA paperwork handled

Approved palette pulled, submittal prepared, samples on the wall. You sign; we do the rest.

  6. 06

    A final walk-through, with you

We walk every elevation and room together and fix anything you point at before we call it done.

  7. 07

    Up to 5-year written warranty
